MilitaryOnlineEducation.org has put together a list of Servicemember Opportunity Colleges (SOC Consortium Member Institutions.) This list is essentially a list of all the schools which are considered to be military friendly schools in the US.
The SOC was formed back in 1972 to help military members finish their education while they moved from base to base. The SOC is funded by the Department of Defense. The main benefit of these institutions is that they allow you to complete your degree as you move instead of just accumulating credits to transfer to another school.
